Effective Date: March 19, 2026. This document governs the professional relationship between the dietary consultant and the client, ensuring a foundation of mutual transparency and clinical respect.
Engagement
By accessing sundhedskonsulent.dk, you agree to abide by these terms. Sundhedskonsulent provides evidence-based dietary guidance within the jurisdiction of Denmark. All services are rendered by qualified nutritional professionals focusing on lifestyle optimization, weight management, and health promotion.
Our methodology is strictly non-diagnostic. We do not provide medical treatments for acute clinical conditions. Our role is to act as a supplement to your primary healthcare provider, offering specialized knowledge in nutrient density, meal planning, and behavioral change.
User Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book an independent consultation. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian during sessions and require parental consent for all dietary interventions.

Policies
Cancellation Window
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation price. "No-shows" are charged at the full rate.
Intellectual Property
All meal plans, educational PDFs, and proprietary methodologies shared during the Consultations remain the intellectual property of Sundhedskonsulent and are for individual use only.
All payments are processed securely via DKK (Danish Krone). Prices listed on the website include VAT (Moms) where applicable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice for subscription-based guidance or retainers.

Jurisdiction
