Retention Period
Clinical records are kept for 5 years following your last consultation to ensure continuity of care, as per local health guidelines.

All online consultation video calls are conducted via end-to-end encrypted tunnels ensuring your verbal disclosures remain private.
04. Exercising your rights
Under GDPR, you hold sovereign control over your information. This includes the right to access every data point we hold, the right to rectification if your health status changes, and the right to be forgotten.
